We hired them to diagnose our thermostat that was giving us an error. There diagnoses was to recharge our theremostat and they completely ignored the error. The error came back the next day. We called and left a voicemail informing them about the error. We didn't hear back for three days until we called them. They claimed they called our cell phones several time ( they had two different numbers to call) putting the blam on us and they were very rude in doing so. Horrible customer service.

the repair technician was on time and do an outstanding job for annual HVAC service. In back later in the day with the correct parts heavy-duty filters. Answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
