ABV was wonderful to work with. They are great communicators and always promptly returned calls and emails. They did excellent work. Our job was very unusual -- waterproofing a 1926 foundation on an old pool house that has been converted into a residence. ABV had incredibly helpful advice on how to deal with unanticipated issues. They left our site in better condition than they found it. And finally, they were just nice people -- happy, helpful, upbeat. I recommend them highly.

Our experience with ABV contractors was far and beyond our expectations. If other contractors would follow their leadership on professionalism, accountability to superb service and costumer relations, they may have some competition, no one has come close. In all our ventures of improving our home, ABV has surpassed all the others. ABV waterproofed two exterior walls of my home and were professional and courteous from start to finish. Showed up every morning at exactly 8 AM. The work site was always kept clean and tidy throughout the 3 day ordeal, paying close attention to my yard and neighbors driveway which was kept clean and damage free. Mike (owner) was on site daily and the crew was hard working and very courteous and professional. As one would gather, this is not a fun home project (would rather get a hot tub!) but ABV made it as "enjoyable" as it could possibly be. Highly recommend.

I contacted multiple different companies for quotes for our exterior basement waterproofing- some of which never showed up to their appointment, some who insisted that they speak with my husband instead of working with me, some who came as salesmen with powerpoint presentations who don't do the work themselves but just try selling products to you, and then ABV. Mike and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and professional. His company came as a referral from a family member and now I know why. Thanks so much for your help and our dry basement!

The early summer rain brought additional water into my already damp basement, so I wanted to get it waterproofed sooner than later. However, to get to the area that needed work meant that my back porch had to be demolished and rebuilt. Mike with ABV was the first person to call me after I submitted my request for an estimate on Home Advisor. When we spoke, he never asked me if my husband could be there with me when he came by to take a look at my house. THIS IS HUGE!! I really appreciate it when contractors respect my ability to make big-kid decisions without a man around to "translate." Mike and the ABV Contractors gave me a reasonable estimate within my budget, kept me updated on the project's timeline, and left the site neat and clean every day they were here. I'm happy to say that ABV did a great job on the project! I wish that they could have helped me with finishing my new porch with some special railing I wanted, but it's not in their wheelhouse. However, they did give me the name of a contractor who might be able to help.

water proofed a section of my basement and it has not leaked yet. However, when prepping for the project ABV contractors told us to only move certain landscape, but on arrival they had to move a very large hydrangea. In doing so when they put it back they put in back in two separate pieces and it looks awful.

Mike and his crew were top notch. They did a wonderful job of waterproofing our basement. They kept us informed throughout the process. This is not work that anyone wants to have done, but ABV did a great job at what I felt was a reasonable price.
