the technician was great and fixed my fireplace quickly. He "sold" me a service contract for their services, now 7 months later... all phones have been disconnected and website is gone... and so is my money!!

Happy with service they provided and confident in the work they perform.

They were on time, professional and courteous. I couldnt ask for anything more.

They arrived on time, listened to make explanation of the problem and spent consider time trying to locate the source of my problem. Once the problem was found, we decided to to order the part and repair it once the part arrived. I also appreciated that the service technician was dog friendly, a plus in my book.

Very fast. There was a couple of errors that they had to fix. They took care of it at considerable expense. No other contractor would ever do that. The errors were were by their suppliers.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A-BEAR TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS THERE APPLIANCE FIXED . THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON APPLIANCES.

The response to my email was within 1 hour, the person on the phone was helpful and pleasent. She dispatched a technician quickly, arrival after call was quick , both staff members were very pleasent and professional. diagnosis was fast and accurate. estimate before repair was exact and resonable. I would recommed them even for my moms home.

Prompt service, they gave me a special service rate because we have two units. Did not try to take advantage of us, my daughter was at home at the time. Diagnosed problems with both units, cleaned and reapaired them and was on his way within an hour! We were afraid to call, but now we will recommend ABear to everyone and will not wait so long for a service. We were cooled off by the time we arrived home from work. These guys are grrrreat!

Excellent service! Installers were top notch professionals and they looked the part as well as doing great work. I was impressed not only with their crisp white shirts, neat, clean clothes and grooming, but also their work ethics and how polite they were. We were completely satisfied with the job and feel confident they would take care of us should any problem arise in the future. It was wonderful to work with professionals who arrived on time and as promised. The "boss" followed up by making a personal visit to our home and inspecting the work.

I found every one from Richy the owner, Scott the Service Manager, Juan & Jesus the installers and wellington the service guy a pleasure to deal with!

A-Bear was thorough and explained necessary work. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. A-Bear was also 1/10 the price of Yes Plumbing!! Yes recommended repairs that were not necessary, whereas A-Bear fixed just what was needed to get the system operating properly. I highly recommend A-Bear!
