They told me the report indicating my home is bug free was at no cost. Then the bug guy said it was $100.00. Then the manager said it was $125.00 plus tax. Don't go to these guys.

If there is a service required, such as a certification regarding the property in question, as there was in your case, there is a charge for those services. If no certification was required there would have been no charge for the inspection as discussed. "Rob B, I was very disappointed to read of your experience with our trapping service. While an apology will not alter your impressions of our service, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the price concern you mention and I would like to do everything we can to rectify your situation with small animals. Unfortunately, with wild animals, it is difficult to guarantee a successful outcome, but I assure you that our technicians do their absolute best with the placement of the traps, and use of the proper bait to secure a positive outcome. The traps that were set were out for 16 days prior to your request to retrieve them; the service typically calls for at least 30. With this in mind I have attempted to contact you to discuss options available for setting the traps again in the location of your preference; if the traps have not been successful after the 30 days we are willing to extend the service for an additional 30 days at no charge to you; I look forward to hearing back from you. Mike was very professional and knowlegable about my bees. Although it was pricey and a little messy to get rid of the yellow jackets , I feel the treatment was effective. I had one bee show up in my condo 2 weeks after the treatment and I asked them to return for retreatment per 30 day guarantee. I saved the bee and mike identified it as the queen so no further treatment was necessary. He even had to deal with my nasty neighbor and addressed all his concerns about toxicity of the treatment.

This is a long process it takes over 30 days to complete the task. It can be very expensive, The professional they sent was wonderful with educating us about the problem. There are still 2 visits left to completion. They came on Saturday and started tx then.
