If there is a service required, such as a certification regarding the property in question, as there was in your case, there is a charge for those services. If no certification was required there would have been no charge for the inspection as discussed. "Rob B, I was very disappointed to read of your experience with our trapping service. While an apology will not alter your impressions of our service, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the price concern you mention and I would like to do everything we can to rectify your situation with small animals. Unfortunately, with wild animals, it is difficult to guarantee a successful outcome, but I assure you that our technicians do their absolute best with the placement of the traps, and use of the proper bait to secure a positive outcome. The traps that were set were out for 16 days prior to your request to retrieve them; the service typically calls for at least 30. With this in mind I have attempted to contact you to discuss options available for setting the traps again in the location of your preference; if the traps have not been successful after the 30 days we are willing to extend the service for an additional 30 days at no charge to you; I look forward to hearing back from you.
