I am leaving this review incase these guys are still in business. DO NOT USE A BETTER BATH! My experience with them was a NIGHTMARE. Joe will make you feel like you are a priority and in good hands but you are NOT. He used to be a car sales men before he started this company. DONâ T FALL FOR IT! Horrendous communication with customers and his crew. They do not complete all the work that was agreed upon, the work they did complete is poor quality and I had to keep on them to get them to complete the agreed upon tasks and to even come back to fix their errors. You are lucky if anyone answers your call/text and they no called/no showed multiple times. They damaged other things in the house while working and tried to deny it. They are full of excuses for their poor quality work and try to blame the customer or the material for it. I had to get another contractor to fix some errors they never fixed and he kept pointing out more errors. In the near future, I will have to reno this bathroom all over again. The worst experience ever. I lost aooo much money. Donâ t get cheated by them. Itâ s all about the money, they donâ t. Care about making their customers happy.

Do not hire them, impossible to deal with

They explained the project, it has been 2 months since they have done anything. The workers were awesome but the owner does not care about his customers only the money. An update going on five months and still no shower. The owner is a real piece of work and he does not tell you anything, and if he does it is a lie. I am hiring somebody else to finish the job and getting a lawyer to try to get my money back. The name of the owner is Joe Tomassetti, and do not hire him or his company for anything!

Please contact the better business bureau, people have hired the attorney general and they have not been honest to other people.

This company (the owner) is a fraud! I hired this company for a complete bathroom renovation, and I am still waiting for that to happen. I tried contacting Joe, the owner, who ignored my calls but finally called me back. The vanity, mirror, and toilet were done, and I have to call again to have the exhaust and register installed. The workers never came back to complete the tub installation. The worker used unacceptable language and was very disrespectful in my home. I would never recommend this company! He took my money and never finished the job!

They did not finish our job, nor correct the damages that they caused, and they are unresponsive to come to fix either. They incorrectly installed our shower doors and quartz countertop. Our shower leaks on the floor daily. We had to buy and install a new countertop. They tell the advisor they will make things right and then will not respond. DO NOT HIRE this company.

The tub installation was perfect. They fixed stopper d/t the first one didn’t seal.

They did a complete gut job on our new home we purchased. Very happy with the design and selections. They started install on time as scheduled. Had to come back for a service call. Overall very pleased with finished product. Some reviews were a little worry some but our experience was nothing like the lower reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired this company to do a complete bathroom remodel- including new vanity, floors, and tub with tiled walls. They completed the entire tear out and renovation. Not long after the renovation was complete, while my teenage child was taking a shower, she screamed for me. She touched the corner of the tub and received a significant electric shock. I contacted Joe Tomassetti, general manager of A Better Bath, Inc., via email, to explain the electrical concern. He called me within minutes of opening the email. I explained the electrical concern and he said, ?That?s crazy? Dave [the contractor] had told me he got the shock of his life when he was working on it.? This was the first I had ever heard of an electrical problem. Joe told me he would contact his electrician and get back to me. I heard nothing, so I sent another email. I also left several voice messages over the course of a month. I never received a call back. Finally, one month later, I contacted him from a different phone number, which he amazingly answered. He said, ?Hmmmm, Dave was supposed to call the electrician and set something up. I will reach out to him and message you right away.? It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. This company has completed neglected to follow-up on an electrical concern regarding work that they completed. No one should be getting electrocuted taking a shower. They have had 5 weeks to respond to my concern and they have completely ignored it. This company has no regard for safety or backing up the work they do. They do not even have the common courtesy to call back a customer after multiple calls and emails were made concerning an electrical issue that was not a problem prior to the remodel. This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. I would never have written this review had they followed-up with the electrical concern as promised. I would discourage anyone from using this company!

Hired A Better Bath to redo our old bathroom. We had a new bath and shower combo installed, new sink, and our flooring redone. . Their crew was in and out in two days. Everything went great! My husband and I were able to pick out everything along side the recommendations from the company. We could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend giving this company a chance.

Dave and his crew were amazing. They were flexible and we had a really tight time horizon. I would highly recommend him.

During demolition, they broke the door trim while removing it and it is impossible to match given that the trim is so old. They did not replace the trim., so now I need to replace the trim myself.

The experience i got from A Better Bath was amazing! The install process went great and those guys were exceptionally clean the entire process! We have another bathroom to get done and will definitely be using A Better Bath!
