Very professional, courteous, and timely. They were out within a day to provide an estimate and back in less than a week to complete the work. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did the work they promised, communicated along the way, and left everything cleaner than when they started. I cannot recommend A Better Choice enough, I will be contacting them for future landscaping projects as well.

They were very professional and courteous. They were here actually a day ahead of schedule, which was okay with us, to remove a tree and grind stump as well as another stump. They worked fast, efficiently and cleaned up after the job. Would definitely recommend them...

So Daryl the owner came out originally and gave me the quote he was very grumpy he finally gave me a written quote and Heidi his wife was fantastic ..his wife called me a week or two later and said they can do removal a lot sooner than I was told.. they started on a Saturday and then into Sunday but since my neighbor was on hospice my neighbors wife asked us to stop because of the noise until the following sat....today and they were kind enough to oblige..he passed away last wed. The son and workers were great on-site ..Daryl was never here but came at the end... I had asked for one additional cut to be made on a limb that was protruding into my neighbors fence. Darrell grudgingly agreed and when done comes and knocks on my door and says by doing that it ruined two teeth on his chainsaw.. I was incredulous when he said this since I am spending $6,000 on this job ..get a new friggin chainsaw or fix the teeth ..anyway I am happy with everything would hire them again except without Daryll around... He needs to take a course in public relations!

They were here when they said they'd be here. They worked quickly and efficiently. This was right after the February storm which took down a 30-40 foot tree in my backyard. They cut it up and hauled it out in a short period of time. Also, they cleaned up very well when they were done. I highly recommend them for tree work!

The service was excellent! They were able to get here right away during a very busy time after the snow and ice of February 2021. They had the limb down off the roof and everything cleaned up in an hour. They were COVID safe with masks and social distancing . I love that I was able to use a locally owned business and was treated as a neighbor as well as a customer. I will definitely use them again!

They came they saw they conquerored! And did the job without leaving garbage or beer cans. They also came on time and did a great job for reasonable price. Definitely use them again.

Left front and back yard covered with branches/plant scraps. Trimmed plants/ bushes with a weed eater. Ok some chips to be left behind, should have watched how much was being left and what was their definition of chips; did not know chips meant leaves and uncut branches. I was very hopeful speaking with them prior to the work being done. Disappointed.

They removed two birch trees and four stumps. They were quick, SAFE, and efficient. The job site was spotless when they left.

The work done was impressive. Before the tree branches hung over my roof and the neighboring apartments. Now the lower branches are pruned back and the canopy is high above the house by at least 15 or more feet, opening the space up, making it a lot lighter and breezier. The tree isn't an eye sore and as impressive as the work the guys did. Also the company gave me the price so it was affordable for a retiree. Good job. Thank you so much for everything. Brandy
