I recieved a quick response to my servicemagic inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived right on time and were friendly and attentive. They quickly got to work re-keying approximately 14 door locks. After some disassembly of all the locks the technician (not the main man, Ted, but a nice, young man trying to make a living in the locksmith business took all the hardware to his van and spent a couple hours re-keying. Everything was put back together and worked just fine. My only complaint: They didn't have enough keys on hand. I had to get some cut elsewhere to fit my needs. Overall: trustworthy, friendly, effective.

Ted contacted me very quickly when I submitted my online request. Ted came to the facility and performed repairs. I found him to be very professional and courteous. A few days later we noticed a problem with the door that Ted didn't find. I called him and he returned right away. Ted fixed the additional problem and apologized that he did not notice it on the first visit. We were not charged any additional fee for his return visit. I would recommend A-Better Locksmith Service to anyone and plan to use them again as needed.
