I had been considering a professional service for a couple of years. When I finally got serious I started my research with HOME ADVISOR, ANGIES LIST and googling for local outfits. I had the house and pane specs and called about a dozen, based on reviews. Many wanted to see the house first, some would give me ballpark figures. Walter told me the cost over the phone. The cost was considerably below all the others, which was somewhat surprising. Came on time and the work was excellent. Pointed out a defect on my chimney of which I was unaware. In the future, I see no need to even get bids or shop around. Over my 30 years plus here, I have built a coterie of go-to service providers and he has been added to the list.

Walter is great. He is on time and calls ahead to let you know he's on his way. No surprise charges. Sparkling clean windows, despite the challenges of our uneven landscape. Walter is excellent, he is very professional, punctual, communicates and is happy to help with a variety of jobs. We hired him to clean out our gutters and clean our windows and moss removal.
