By far the BEST experience a person can have when it comes to heating and cooling. Matt and Dan are the most professional and courteous people I have delt with when it comes to my HVAC needs. I used them when my old furnace needed repairing and then again when I needed it and my A/C replaced. I 100% will only use them and would recommend everyone I know to use A Better Way! They really are the Best in the Business!

Not only very professional and punctual, but they took the time to explain the system and measures to prevent any malfunctions down the line, and charged a fraction of what their competitors quoted to boot! Call these guys first!

Needed to get a new furnace and AC installed called A better way on a referral from a neighbor. So glad I called these guys! Got a few estimates from other companies and they weren't even close to the estimate A Better Way gave me. They installed it in a timely and professional manner. The guys at A Better Way are all very professional, but also some of the friendliest workers we have ever hired! They fixed our furnace in an emergency situation and we will be hiring them again to replace our air conditioner this spring!

Matt and Dan were fantastic. They were very professional and even took the time to answer any questions that I had. The whole install only lasted a couple of hours and they made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend them and will use them when it is time for a new air conditioner.

Matt Prater and his team were very helpful in my decision making. I did my share of research prior to looking for a contractor, when using home advisor I was approached by several via Phone, Matt was by far the most professional, upon meeting him face to face and discussing my project i felt comfortable , since i did my research i was already fairly sure what i wanted for both brand and type of system, Matt showed me my options and explained to me the differences in a detail that was easy to understand, the installation went fantastic, the product is top notch as expected an performing flawlessly, i highly recommend them to anyone.

A Better Way Heating & A/C - Review Matt made the situation almost a pleasure to deal with. Per my phone call, we met @ 8:00 am the day after next, at my convenience. He showed as scheduled, quoted me a price & completed the work by 10:00 am. (2 hours later) TOTAL SATISFACTION (No pressure) I deal with contractors more than the average. I am a retired building inspector & own several investment properties.

Matt and Dan ( I think) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, worked professionally and timely, explained what happened and what they needed to do, informed me of other issues that I had. Overall checked everything that had to do w my furnace. Honestly to get a furnace company to come out in °21 degree weather as quickly as they did. Was shocking, yet a HUGE RELIEF!!!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 starts! I THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH.

They did a wonderful job setting up my heater and cleaning up afterwards. They gave me all the information I needed to know before the job started and a good estimate. I would highly recommend this business to do your home to.

They came to remove some ductwork from a woodburning stove and ended up fixing our furnace too. A great job and very helpful! I would use this group again without a doubt.

They were very friendly and helpful. They gave me some hints on what to do to extend the life of my furnace.
