Ceiling Fan - Install
Alrick Bonner did a great job installing our fans for a reasonable price. Was polite and took time to explain things. Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. Tried his best to install the family room fan without cutting my ceiling but did the patch up himself so I did not have to worry about finding another person. Did a pretty good job of patching but was not 100%. I would still recommend Alrick to family and friends.

Outdoor Lighting Repair
Very unprofessional. Said free estimates and charged us $65 for diagnosis and sd will come back next day to replace transformer for another $65 for o/s lights. Did not come. Had do call several times to come back. Made appt on Fri. to complete work. Not sure if tech will show up as has been unreliable. Had another tech come to take a look and sd no problem with transformer and replaced all 4 lights which fixed problem. Strongly recommend not to have this tech in your system

For $65 claims to service magic, BBB, City of Upland and CSLB we are doing every thing to get to the bottom of this.1) we never charge our customer w/o authorization or signature. 2) we gurantees our work and offer a 10%discount for our 1st time and repeat customers. Whatever our finding are after troubleshooting we'll give u an honest quote with warranty to fix your problem. This customer set a date to have us repair the problem they did not follow through. We appologize for any incovience caused. MGMT AB&S."

Very pleased not only by the timeliness and quality of work completed but, also, the manners and pleasant disposition of Aldrick Bonner. He clearly is out to please his customers and earn their respect. Some one we hope to use again in the future. How refreshing to have someone want to do a job properly and not just look for the easiest and quickest way to take your money. Use him if you can !!!

These guys did a GREAT job! They were on time every day, worked throughout the entire day and kept us informed with everything that they did. If there was something they felt needed fixing, they didn't hesitate to let us know. We will surely call them for all our future electrical problems.
