"We know that not every customer will be gracious as our previous ones, is the reason why we work hard to be the best at what we do. For $65 claims to service magic, BBB, City of Upland and CSLB we are doing every thing to get to the bottom of this.1) we never charge our customer w/o authorization or signature. 2) we gurantees our work and offer a 10%discount for our 1st time and repeat customers. Whatever our finding are after troubleshooting we'll give u an honest quote with warranty to fix your problem. This customer set a date to have us repair the problem they did not follow through. We appologize for any incovience caused. MGMT AB&S."
