Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
My work was not completed correctly by the steps. There are chunks of concrete missing and uneven, the color of the cement has dried uneven and Concrete was splashed on my neighbors property. I spoke to Ali about this and I keep getting promises on when it will be repaired and he doesn't show up. When I called to confront to him regarding his no call no show, he told me that he was busy and that I'm making it difficult for him to fix my work, then he hung up the phone on me 2x. I highly regret hiring him for my project.

Then you had people calling me and threatening me as well. You are lucky I did not get the authority involved."

Tiler and workers were excellent. The contractor did not pay attention to details (more tiles were needed without telling us after we asked him to inform us). Contractors business ethics need sharpening. Promises made were not kept. Does not itemize billing, and incorrect name on receipts.

"I am in this business for the past 10 plus years, there is always a time at any job when the material is short and is needed more. This is not something new. As a Contractor, my customer's concerns and needs are extremely important. I do not make a promise, everything that is needs done is written in a contract which is signed between the Customer and Contractor. Like a Customer who can give check the bounces mistakenly, I think it is safe to say it is an honest mistake for a contractor to misspell a name (not intentionally done). Apologize for any inconvenience."
