Andrew did a fantastic job. At first I thought I would have to call him back since the black mold or mildew that was on the roof turned brown in spots. Then we had a good soaking rain that rinsed all the residue off the roof. Now it looks like I have a new roof again.

Andrew is a top notch professional and performed exceptional work. Our extremely dirty barrel roof tiles, our mildew stained exterior walls and dirty driveway, turned out to be super clean and like new. Andrew was courteous and went beyond his original work mandate. Andrew's chemical cleaning method rather than conventional high pressure washing is the way to go!! Kudos to you Andrew for a job well done . I highly recommend you without any reservation. Buyer be ware! Hired to clean the roof. Half way through they requested more $ because it was more work than they anticipated. They did finish even though I told them I was only paying contract price and did a good job, hence I paid the agreed upon price. THEN they were cleaning and painting another project for us, requested 50% deposit (which I told them concerned me, and I did not do), Took a NEW can of stain from us to match as a sample..then NO show NO call on days they were supposed to paint and clean. I contacted the owner who said he got dates confused and would return our stain that he took... Never came back. Would NOT recommend.
