Derek is always pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. When we had a problem with swarming ants he came to the rescue and explained in detail why it happened and what he was going to do. On a scale of 1 to 10, he's a 12!!!!

I like working with Andrew because not only does he provide excellent service but he goes way beyond just pest control service. I used the photos he took during his previous inspection that showed mold and mildew on siding panels. I told him about a company I found to install gutters on my home and how much they were going to charge. He told me about a company he used to install gutters on his home that would charge half the price. My point is that the service Andrew provides goes way beyond pest control and I really appreciate that.

Our technician is extremely thorough And spends a huge amount of time cleaning up the wasp nest and making sure that he gets every inch of my yard and and around my house. We have seen a 1000% improvement on the bug activity inside my house because they spray outside. Highly reccomend!!!

Iâ ve used the services of A Bugâ s Life for almost 5 years and Iâ m very glad that I found them! When I first moved into my home, it was pretty clear that the previous owner didnâ t do anything at all about pest control â whether by the owner doing it himself, or signing on with a pest control company. I say that because I found 3 different problems as soon as I moved here. I kept finding spiders inside. My 2 dogs loved chasing them around, but I hated them. I called A Bugâ s Life and signed up with them and Iâ ve never seen any spiders inside since then! Black widow spiders were both in front by my porch as well as inside my lanai. My neighbors told me that black widow spiders are common around this area. I called A Bug's Life, they came out the next day and since that time, Iâ ve never seen any more black widow spiders. There are other spiders outside (around my plants) but not black widows. I also found active termite damage in the walls. I signed up for their termite control and they inserted termite traps all around the perimeter of my home that they check on a regular basis. They also conduct an annual termite inspection inside my home. They keep telling me that the traps are active; however, there is no termite damage inside the walls, which means the termites stop at the traps but donâ t attack the house anymore. Because Iâ m a wildlife advocate and have been certified by the National Wildlife Federation, Iâ m always concerned about use of any toxic chemicals that will harm birds, bees, and other bugs, including spiders (as long as the spiders stay outside my home, Iâ m happy). The stuff they use is not harmful to birds, bees, bugs, or pets. In fact, they sprayed inside my home with my 2 dogs present (when they came for the spiders) and told me that the stuff they used was not harmful at all to my dogs. I just needed to keep my dogs away until the areas where they sprayed completely dried. I just went out to my lanai with my dogs for an hour. Their customer service has always been helpful and friendly. Every time Derek comes here for my quarterly service, even though the service is usually completed externally, he always checks in with me to ask if I have any questions or concerns. Iâ ve always got questions! He patiently answers them and explains why it works. He points out any trees or bushes that should be trimmed back to keep them from hanging over the roof or against the walls because bugs and other critters can use those branches & bushes as a way to get inside the house. Their price for annual services is in line with other pest control services. If I have any pest issues, I simply call them, they come out, resolve those issues, and they donâ t charge for those calls. Not only do they make it easy to work with them but the service they provide is great and I have peace of mind. I happily recommend A Bug's Life. Thanks for such great service all the time!

When I moved to Cape Coral, I figured that with all the water, heat, and humidity, it would be "bugs galore", so I hired A Bug's Life to protect my home. They definitely are doing the job because it is a rare occurrence when I find any kind of insect inside of my house. In addition to that, the service is always polite and professional with a high degree of knowledge about their trade.

They are very professional and almost never have a problem with pests buy if I do I call them and they come out and take care of it at no additional charge. I highly recommend.

Prompt, thorough, courteous, explained all that was done. Price was very competitive, better than three of the four quotes I got. I believe it was a good value.

My initial contact with the company was due to an insect issue. We set up an appointment for the next day. Andrew arrived on time and explained the problem and his recommended solutions. I agreed with his proposal. The following day he arrived on time and spent several hours setting up insecticide stations in various locations. I was pleased with the effort and hope to report later on the results.
