He arrived quickly, was professional, explained everything he was doing, and had the right equipment to get the job done. Instead of using a basic drain snake, he brought a heavy-duty machine that completely cleared the blockage by pushing everything through the sewer line. My bathtub now drains like it's brand new there's no standing water at all. The total came to about $350 plus tax and a card fee. While it wasn't the cheapest service, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of the work made it worth it. ACA Plumbing is the real deal — careful, honest, and great at what they do. We hired them for a big fixture project: a new kitchen faucet, an under-sink filtration system with a dedicated beverage faucet, new faucets in both bathrooms, new waste pipes and traps, filtered shower heads, a toilet repair, and caulking. Miguel was professional and detail-oriented from start to finish — he tested every fixture, checked carefully for leaks, and even called Kohler directly mid-install to make sure one of the units went in exactly right. The proposal was itemized and transparent, and the finished work matched it. Would absolutely hire them again.

Found an ACA Plumbing company through Angi, spoke to the head or owner about a clogged toilet. He told me how much it would cost if he had to snake it only vs. taking it off. At this point, I am desperate because I have an elderly, ill parent who has little to no mobility and depends on using the use of the bathroom every half hour. So I said ok. He shows up with this tool, which was very forceful and seemingly powerful. It goes in the toilet and is harshly cranked. I didn't think of anything of it at the moment because, as I said, I was desperate to get this toilet unclogged. However, after the door was done, a few days later I started to notice what appears to be a leak, so we watched it, and when we realized it was probably coming from the toilet, I reached back out to the company to let them know something is wrong. They came and looked and said, and Well, for us to fix this problem. We have to remove the toilet; you have to be extra and I said well why do I have to pay extra when this is a result of the cranking of what you did maybe you guys burst the pipe when you were using that thing that was harsh at all or whatever he said me because I recently had this toilet set and everything was new and that was their story. I had to pay more money on top of what I paid before in order to check and fix the problem, and that was just absolutely ridiculous. Basically, they are saying they didn't do anything, and I'm saying they did, so basically his word against my word, and this needs to be rectified because my toilet was not leaking underneath prior to them cranking it.

Mr. Miguel was professional and well informative and offered an affordable solution to the problems I was facing. He arrived on time and immediately went to purchase the supplies needed to make the repairs and replacements. I was in desperate need of caulking for the tub, shower head that was barely holding on, spout antiquated, toilets non efficient excess water usage, and even the bathroom faucet had an issue of rotting away. In demonstrating excellent customer service he asked was there any other issues and I showed him my kitchen faucet and immediately he saw the pipe was eroded and could burst. I highly recommend you to call if you are having any plumbing, hot water heater yes he even adjusted the temperature for me as it was extremely hot. 10/10 I give him and his helper. Would I use his service again, yes for sure already sent his number to my mom.

Drain was cleared. Miquel then said there was some resistance from the snake, leading me to believe something was still in pipe . He suggested the camera which was an extra $275 . There was some scale in the pipe but nothing that Would have stopped snake. I feel like I was duped

He came promptly. My drain to the bathtub was clogged. Snaked the pipes very well going about 20 feet. Improved the water flow better than it has been in years. Very pleasant serviceman. Although the price was somewhat high I would hire them again.

Responded within minutes of my request and was in and out of my house in under two hours. Diagnosed the problem using a camera in our pipes, fixed our main line clog, and made suggestions to prevent problems in the future. On the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it.

It was pricey but needed to happen. Miguel called me right away and was here troubleshooting in a matter of hours. He replaced our water heater one day, then successfully removed the clog we had the next and replaced the pipes. Anything goes wrong I'd definitely call him again.

Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick and to the point which I enjoy as a trait. He explained what was happening and what the issues could have been. Unfortunately, we weren't able to correct the main issue as he replaced one part and the rest of the toilet is new. Seems like the toilet is the problem and needs replaced. I need to think it through before proceeding.
