He came promptly. My drain to the bathtub was clogged. Snaked the pipes very well going about 20 feet. Improved the water flow better than it has been in years. Very pleasant serviceman. Although the price was somewhat high I would hire them again.

Responded within minutes of my request and was in and out of my house in under two hours. Diagnosed the problem using a camera in our pipes, fixed our main line clog, and made suggestions to prevent problems in the future. On the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it.

It was pricey but needed to happen. Miguel called me right away and was here troubleshooting in a matter of hours. He replaced our water heater one day, then successfully removed the clog we had the next and replaced the pipes. Anything goes wrong I'd definitely call him again.

Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick and to the point which I enjoy as a trait. He explained what was happening and what the issues could have been. Unfortunately, we weren't able to correct the main issue as he replaced one part and the rest of the toilet is new. Seems like the toilet is the problem and needs replaced. I need to think it through before proceeding.

Ask this provider for a complete break down of pricing ahead of time. Pricing practice is not all transparent. His charges are in the upper quartile for changing a water heater for NYC. I would not hire their service again.

"Hi John, I want to clarify that pricing was explained clearly from the start and again on site. The quoted amount was for labor only, with parts and tax explained as additional, which is standard in NYC. This was discussed multiple times, including in front of the tenant. The water heater alone costs close to $900, so a full replacement for $1,000 total is not realistic. I provided before-and-after photos as requested, and completed the work professionally. I stand by my pricing and service."

He showed up on time (even earlier after he asked) and solved the problem quickly, which was replacing a drain pipe on the kitchen simk.. I will call them again for my next plumbing issue.
