About us

Residential appraisals are needed for many reasons. My company covers all of them, estates, tax appeals, refinance, sales; or if you just want a general idea of what your home is worth. My name is Adam Bonifate and I'm a certified residential appraiser for Pennsylvania. Unlike many companies that send assistants to your home and have them writing reports, I inspect and complete each assignment myself. Each customer means a great deal to me and so does the quality of each appraisal. Please feel free to contact me and we can talk about your need for an appraisal.

Adam promised a quick turn around on the appraisal that he initiated on September 20 by visiting the home to be appraised and picking up payment of $250. He stated to the owner that he hoped to get it to me by September 22. I needed it by September 28. In my inquiry of September 27, he said that he would finish it that day. It is October 1 and I have yet to hear from him..
