ACC Roofing Solutions and Chris... I am amazed at how good my experience was, working with ACC Roofing Solutions and Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable, honest and explained all of the roofing options I had available to meet our needs. It can be such a frustrating and daunting experience to find a leak in your home and then have to do all the research to find certified contractors that are reliable and trustworthy. We got five estimates and ACC was the best at communicating the right options for my family. They are GAF certified, they didnâ t try to cut corners with the product they used on each part of the roof, they were very fair with their estimate (not the highest or lowest price) but when I compared the companies, side by side, ACC was the best and only option! They offered the best product, warranty and credentials and had excellent reviews from other customers! Chris answered his phone almost every time I called and always followed though with his word. The best part is that his crew of eight men started and finished the roof in one business day. They painstakingly made sure not one nail was left on the lawn, after the job was finished. They also came back the next day to finish installing the additional air vents I needed, with the new ventilation system I received, and to replace and paint some wood around the dormers of the house, but the actual roof process started at 6:30 AM, when I received the shingles and they were finished at about 6PM that day. Also, as it turns out, I will be receiving a 25% yearly discount on my homeowners insurance, due to the warranty and durability of the shingles I chose. In addition, Chris guaranteed his work, with a â Lifetime workmanship warrantyâ (No other company offered that kind of warranty and theyâ ve been in business since 1991) and it comes with a â Lifetime shingle warranty from GAFâ , since a GAF certified contractor installed the hail proof, Armorshiled II roof. There are lots of fly-by-night roofers that will quote cheaper prices but ACC can be trusted to do the best, overall job!

I LOVE our new roof, vent, and skylight! I cannot express how happy we have been the entire process with ACC and the crew! They has remained honest, fair, and delivered quality product and labor. The employees are skilled, professional, punctual and leave the job site clean daily. Chris has been awesome about any and all questions we had and is a great communicator. I know he's super busy, but he's efficient. He was very straightforward in his own hectic schedule, but thankfully made room to help us out in a bind that was none of his doing. Just the thought of all the mess I would be dealing with for months to come, stressed me out. Chris came over just to finish a section that needed to be protected from the rain. We recently have our roof replaced by ACC Roofing, they did an excellent job!! We were extremely pleased with Chris s presentation of products to be used so that we could make the best selection and achieve a beautiful look for our home. It was a nice surprise when they called us and offered an earlier start date due to a schedule change. Chris and his crew worked on our roof for 2.5 days. We had multiple old layers under the top layer. They cleaned them all up, fixed missing and damaged wood pieces and laid the insulation material and the shingles. One thing that was quite unique was that ACC s foreman and his associates thoroughly cleaned all the debris every day after they were done. It was not a fast and haphazard cleaning job, it was thorough. Chris was communicative before and during the entire process and he even helped us pick a great color for our roof. We completely trust this company and would recommend anyone to go straight to ACC Roofing for their roofing needs.

I found ACC Roofing. My inspection report prior to purchasing my home found cracks around 1 skylight. Skylights are notorious for leaking and I had a total of 4 skylights! ACC came out and told me the skylights were not meant for my type of roof. My inspection report, of course, did not tell me that. The re-roofing of my house was completed in 4 days and they repaired parts of the roof to make it work with the skylights! A few weeks later I installed tankless water heaters and did not know the old venting was going to be removed leaving holes in the roof. I called Chris again and they came out for a very small job. They are probably busy with bigger jobs, but they prioritize smaller jobs as well, and I appreciate that. Thank you!

ACC Roofing did a FANTASTIC job on my 2900 sq ft re-roof (house is only 1530 sq ft but the roof is a larger surface area and more than one contractor that bid gave me the same approximate measurement). They tore off 1 layer of asphalt shingles and 1 layer of cedar shake shingles. Put up new sheathing, synthetic underlayment and quality architectural shingles. They showed up on time as scheduled (even 1 day early!) and worked hard. Chris could not have been more awesome taking time to answer all my questions and the crew did an outstanding job taking the time and care and cleaning up. They take pride in their work and made sure everything went smoothly and looked good. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof, or roof repairs.

Very bad, stay away from these guys, they will annoy you, will make you sign a contract, then never respond. Drag too much. They wont let you go.

The roofers did a very good job on the actual work, and there are no leaks. Everything looks great. The only problems I had were that some parts of the scheduling were not communicated well, and a can was left on my property that should not have been anywhere near a job site of any kind, which I was unhappy with. That's the work crew's problem though, and so I don't have a problem with the company contacts I've been dealing with.

I hired the company ACC Roofing to install a new roof after some hail damage. The roofers did leave some nails in my driveway, which was kind of irrigating. I think that the work would have been cleanlier job if the company had completely hammered in the mails to the studs, but these guys did a great job. They were working in 100 degree weather. I was able to negotiate the price with the professionals which was excellent.

ACC Roofing did a large job to replace a roof after some hail damage. I think that the professional did a great job and I was so impressed with the work that I refer his service often.
