Matt Bouchard came to provide a quote for hanging holiday lights. The initial quote was outrageously high so we declined. He then reached out to say he made a mistake in the quote and it was actually half the cost so we hired him. He came to install the lights and left halfway through to work on another job. He came back about a week later to finish putting lights on the house and railings but never put lights on the light posts as discussed. He also used different lights than we agreed upon. We reached out a couple of times and were ignored, then he gave an excuse that his email wasnt working right but still didnt respond to our question why the work wasnt fully done. About a week later we saw him show up on our Ring camera and actually take away lights without ever talking to us! Sometime around Christmas a string of lights burned out, we notified him and he ignored us again. We have now reached out several times to have the lights removed and he continues to ignore us even though he has removed the lights from the people down the street. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Showed up when expected and got the job done. I did have to call to find out when they would be out, their email did not reach me but they did return my call promptly. Professional and courteous.
