Garland was very helpful knowledgeable and honest. He came out to fix my AC which I was sure needed to be replaced. Turned out to be a minor issue. But I will use him to replace the unit when that day does come.

Garland is a Pro among pros. He was extremely efficient. Called me immediately. Came and checked out our unit. It was in bad shape. Said it would need replacing. I could not afford the $. Called him the next morning and he said he may have a solution. Sid he could 'try' to repair, but could not promise and no guarantee. He was so positive and I felt good about paying him several hundred dollars even if it didn't work. He performed the repair and voila...we now have cold air. It has been almost 2 months since he was here and it's still performing extremely well... Thank you Garland...you are a Godsend. I highly recommend A/C Clmate Control and please... ask for Garland... You will be glad you did...

I contacted A/C climate control for a routine service on a rather new Air Conditioning unit. Garland was quick to respond. Knowing this was the hot time of the year and most A/C techs are busy, I was flexible with my schedule. Garland arrived when stated and serviced my Air Conditioning unit. I was expecting him to find something wrong, as most Techs do. Nope, he stated that whoever installed my unit did an excellent job. He answered all my questions after thoroughly inspecting my unit. Honesty is very refreshing. Garlands customer service skills are outstanding. I will be calling on him again when needed.

My AC was not working and Garland came to fix it. It worked for about 15 hours then shut off again. He came out again to fix the it again. Its been working great ever since! thanks.

I had several companies to choose from and 2 of them never called me back after I spoke w/them. I then went down the list and continued to look at feedback from your site and I called a/c climate controls. They were prompt and came out . Garland diagnosed the issue and had to put freon in unit. A week later it was not cooling. I called Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled me the next morning. Garland checked the freon and it was full so he then found a fan motor that was out. My step son is in the A/C business but is not in Houston area. Once Garland found the fan issue I had him talk to my step son to verify the repairs. He said Garland was very knowledgable and his prices were around what he would charge. That gave me peace of mind! I have heard from my step son how alot of the A/C companies that he has worked w/are not that honest & most up charge and add on extra repairs. Garland has intergrity and I will call him for any future repairs.

Garland is absolutely exceptional. He helped coordinate while out of town when my AC went out and helped replace my second unit as well later on. He topped of with freon at no cost to keep us cool for the night. Perfect and will forever recommend him.
