Very professional, on time, beautiful job

I hired Cortes Construction, LLC to replace a 30 year old broken concrete and gravel driveway, replace a stoop and sidewalk. He and his crew did a fabulous job. They were very efficient and took pride in their work and saw that all was does correctly. I would certainly recommend Alejandro and his crew and am giving them a 5 ***** rating.

Alejandro and his crew did a great job on time. Cleaned up every day. Driveway and sidewalks look great. Would highly recommend him .

Alex was good to work with when doing the job. It was not perfect, but I understand due to the price I was paying. Everything looked go at first and a week later I noticed some cracking (still there not a shrinkage crack). It was not big so I understood and can live with it. Now in the middle of my driveway I have 2 pretty long cracks that formed about 4 months later. I called Alex and he answered (not knowing who it was at the time) and I explained what was going on and he said he would come by and see it in a few weeks, as he promised he would warranty any cracks for a year. This was the last time I heard from him. Well now anytime I call him or even text him he doesn't answer. Its to the point I know he is avoiding me. I understand you got your money for this big job and you don't want to deal with it. I just wanted him to see it so if the crack got worse we could do something about it. I guess it's OK and I will get someone else to fix it down the road. The thing he doesn't understand is that about one person a week it seems ask me about my driveway, due to living on a busy street. I won't recommend him anymore and will let them know my experience. In time this will cost him a ton of business. I have nothing against him as he seemed like a nice guy, but when you give someone your word you should stick to it. The most successful business owners I know already know that your reputation and customer service are worth more then money, because once that goes down hill so will your business, which is why there are so many fly by the night contractors. I have 4 other properties that I was going to use him on that he didn't know about and I will just spend a little extra (not much) and get bigger company to do the job right. I would not recommend this company to anyone and use them at your own risk.

Communication, efficiency, timeliness, friendly. I cannot say enough great things about working with Alejandro. The quality of work, attention to detail, answering questions is superb. Cortes Construction LLC is the only company you need to consider. The work they do and the customer service Alejandro provides is second to none. Further, his team workers are very nice and considerate of your property, keep things very clean and orderly while completing their work.
