Mark came out and reviewed my project requirements and gave me a detailed quote on completing the project. He also helped clarify some confusion related to Centerpoint standards working clearances near the meter. He was very knowledgable.

Mark was quick to respond to the request and arrived the next morning to look at the project. He provided options for the replacement panel and explained the scope of the work with estimates for the panel to be replaced. We were due to go out of state at the end of the week and he was able to schedule the project prior to us leaving town so we would have peace of mind while being away. He also worked with us for the disconnect and reconnect after the work was completed due to a family member with medical equipment needs in addition to my wife and her employment at the home while he was completing the job. Overall my wife and I were extremely pleased with the work done, the speed of completion and his professional and courteous attitude through this overwhelming event.
