A/C went out last night (during heat wave of course). Got on Home Advisor this morning and was contacted by A/C Doc Heating and Cooling within an hour or so. Set an appointment for the same afternoon. Service pro (Billy) showed up on time and was able to diagnose and repair my A/C quickly. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

I asked to have my air flow increased as my home wasn't cooling with the AC unit I had previously. The guy that came said to increase air flow from the ac unit I needed a larger unit, a new condenser and a new furnace. I went ahead and had all that installed by AC doc. While in the middle of the installation, the county inspector showed up at my home and told me that he wasn't licensed and didn't have permits to do this type of work. He had to leave in the middle of the job to get all of that done and then when he finally finished, the air flow out of the vents wasn't any better than it was with the old AC unit I had. Very disappointed.

William was very knowledgeable. I knew he had a good understanding of what he was doing based on the initial questions he asked. He was prompt and fixed the issue immediately. He offered money saving sulutions and his bill was very reasonable. We would hire him again anytime. We will recommend him to anyone that needs his service. He was a great find and we were more than pleased with his work.
