Was not current on the latest problems with certain types of pipes and *visual*; really does mean visual. The CL 100 guy caught the problems, not Ace. Did not check all the windows, did not check all the appliances, missed a spot where termites and water damage had destroyed the headers in the garage.

Ace Basin did a really job. We are having problems with a new roof leaking. Rick went above and beyond to coordinate and schedule to meet with the roofing contractors at the house. Very professional, definitely exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend.
