Building Site - Preparation and Clearing
Work not completed to satisfaction. Unable to make personal contact. Does not return phone calls. Will respond to e-mail but will not set up time to discuss plans to complete job. May have to take to arbitration. Can you advise us on proper procedeur to do this?

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install

This company installed a poor quality, sub-standard patio in our backyard. Our 12 x 14 patio slopes towards the foundation of our house, and slopes approximately 4-6 inches down the hill of our yard along the side of the house--sub-standard! They also did not complete the job specified in the contract even though the money has been paid. They did not clean-up our yard after the project, and they left our house without giving us copies of the contracts and without finishing the job completely and correctly. They would not return our phone calls, and did not follow through with our request to mail us copies of the contracts.
