Our tech (Antoine) showed up on time. Was friendly and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out our problem and quickly solved it. I was impressed with his professionalism and ability to straightforwardly assess and identify what needed to be done AND did it quickly. He's the best tech we've ever worked with.

A.C.E. Electric gave me three options to choose from to upgrade my breaker box from 100 to 200 amps. Their estimates were the most clear and detailed. Andre got here early, waited until the scheduled time before he knocked on my door, put on the little plastic boot covers, and then got right to work. He worked without stopping the entire day and was focused throughout. He didn’t complain when my plaster walls turned out to be more of a hassle to cut into than drywall and he adjusted his plans when there was an exterior stud in the original planned location of my new breaker box. He painstakingly took the time to label all of the new breakers and even found other issues I was not aware of (like my washer being on the same circuit as my kitchen, open ground wires in my attic receptacles, even rot on my beams). He left the power on as long as he could and then gave me a heads up before he turned it off and turned it back on when he was done. He cleaned up all of his mess. The estimate they gave me held true. They even threw in a few free upgrades. When I asked if there were any additional charges for anything, Andre said the company would not do that because they pride themselves on transparency in their pricing. Even if there was some additional work, he said they usually cover that cost themselves. There were a few additional items that needed to be done and Andre asked about my availability on site to get them done asap, even if on Sunday. This was not the cheapest estimate I got, but I was blown away by Andre’s professionalism during the estimate and he lived up to it on the job. This was a multi step project, but I always knew what was going on because Andre communicated what he was doing and what would happen next throughout. I feel like he cared about my home as much as I do. Look no further. Hire ACE.
