John Robert was flexible with us as we worked through a moved closing date, and he even was able to go from refinishing the floors to adding in about 400 Sq ft of installed flooring at a more than reasonable rate. He removed our 1950 built in oven to access the floors and did what he needed to do. Really went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about him and his crew

Not only did I get 3 estimates and they were the best value, they turned 45 year old floors into brand new light, beautiful new floors. Amazing job. ALL the scratches are gone. Tip: they suggested that I use water based poly to keep the floors light instead of shiny yellow. I love it!!!

The hardwood floors in our house hadn't been done in the 28 years we lived in our home. In those years we also had three dogs which scratched up the floors with their nails. There was also a split floorboard that was dangerous in the hall. While we were thinking of using an oil based finish, John suggested a water based finish, which wouldn't dry as dark as what we wanted. We followed his advice and was happy we did. The floors came out better than we could have hoped for. The lighter finish has brightened the rooms. He also took care of the split board, where we can't find the split. My wife is so happy, that she now wants the rest of our home done. We can't speak highly enough of his work and service!

John is refreshingly polite, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Donâ t see much of that anymore. His prices are very reasonable and the finished product is awesome. I highly recommend Ace.
