Offers 24/7 service, lost AC at midnight on Friday, they returned call quickly, came out early next morning on Saturday, provided bid, and arrived on time for installation of new unit next morning on Sunday! So far great service!

The technician who answered my call asked pertinent questions regarding the problems I was experiencing in order to better diagnose the situation. When he arrived to give me an estimate, he was thorough and observant and uncovered a significant flaw in the cooling of the home, which he was able to rectify easily and economically. I have not received my warranty papers yet. They came out and fixed problem temporarily in less than 3 hours. Then completed the entire work in less than 36 hours later but I have not received my warranty and ownership papers on the brand new AC unit and it has been more than 2 weeks since the project was completed and paid in full.

I emailed Acextra at past ten on Saturday evening. It was the only one I saw that was open for business on weekends. My Ac was leaking even though I was not running it for two days and I did not know what to do. I received a call around 8 am Sunday, that someone was coming in the hour. Samir came, was very professional, gentleman, and courteous. He troubleshooted the problem and fixed it. I was able to go to work on time after. The air conditioner is working fine now, no leaks and I feel confident to call them again for anything as my Ac is from 1999, so I might need them again for maintenance. I highly recommend their Ac services to the community, the price was fair, the service response time was quick, and they are professional.
