I bought a maintenance plan. Then they said they were out of business. They owe me money.

Did a great job and was able to fix my shower heating at mimimum coast . He was very patient and instaled my shower nozzel for me for no charge. If I have another problem. I will be calling them again

They went out of business in the middle of the project.

This was a 5 star recommendation from Home Advisor. The sent Mark out to bid job, He looked over project took pictures. Got back to us with a price, We agreed to price. He had to come back about a week later to re measure and take more pictures. In the Mean time He Replaced a bad Electric Water Heater, Did it at a fair Price, did a good job in a timely manor. Waited for him to get back to me for the job we initially agreed to. Had a difficult time getting a timely response, if I got a response at all. Was originally scheduled for Weds. before Thanksgiving. After several promised times and days were missed,I called the Office to find out what was happening. Was left without a working Kitchen sink for Almost a week. Sinks and faucets were installed on Dec. 12th, still needed proper inlet covering for garbage disposal. Mark said he would return sometime the next week and bring proper parts to complete job. I Called Dec. 16th, They said He had parts and would be out Fri. Dec. 18th between 1-5pm. No Show No call. I called back Sat. Dec.19th, Scott texted me to say mark would be out about 5ish, No Show No Call. Sent a message over weekend to AC Guyz telling them I would like to get this job Properly completed. This is Dec. 22nd, NO Reply from anyone. I have not only paid them what we agreed on, But it cost me an extra $200 for job because original Cutter would not make time, so Mark found someone else to cut counter top for installation, but said it would be more than what He Had originally quoted, If We wanted to get job done We Had to pay the Extra, At That point We Just wanted the project completed. 6-7 times I wasted 5-6hrs a day waiting on a promised time, No Show, No Call. Dont think I could recommend them for future jobs, I Have E-Mails and Texts with all the information I have written here, Thanks Larry Cxxxxxxx

Beware. For 800.00 I was left with two holes in my wall. As a senior citizen and retired veteran I cleaned up the broken cement left behind and although after three days and 3 inches of water later the leak was capped but I was unable to use my washer or put the hose in the hole for the dryer vent. Total of 4 different plumbering companies later and dry wall repair and total up to $1800.00 later I think I am repaired. Thank you

The project started on time, finished on time and most important it was done correctly the first time . I'm happy !

Keep getting run around when asking about my permit, which I paid for with the installation. It has been already almost one month since it was installed. NOT HAPPY. The old water heater was attached to an outlet, probably to drain. Said I did not need to be attached and ran a line to a pan under the heater. Said that, since I did not need other than the line would remove. Left without removing. Do not really know if needed or not as still needs to be inspected. The price charged was reasonable, however not worth aggravation. Do not know if will get my permit and inspection?UPDATE ; the permit was recived aftter a mont and a halph, originlay i was told it wold be done the same day when the waterheater was instsaled. The techinican was supsoe to retunr the permit the same day, finally passed the inspection.

Mark got there in less than an hour and had my new heater replaced in minutes. Great service would definitely recommend

Mark and Taylor cleared main line within 3 hours of calling them. The home warranty company sent Draingo of Florida who wanted to charge an extra $700 for warranty work. Mark charged less than half and completed the job as he said he would. Definitely use Mark and Taylor. Stay away from Draingo of Florida.
