Good work

They did a good job delivering the bad news that I needed a new AC system

Showed up on time and did a great job.

Called AC Guys 10 pm Tuesday night, a.c. unit was running but not cooling. Wasn't an emergency just wanted to get someone out early Wednesday morning. Frank Massaro came out first thing in the morning & inspected and diagnosed the problem. Since the unit was 10 years old we opted to replace it after Frank gave us all of our options. My concern was how quickly the replacement could be done. Frank assured us it would be done the same day. Sure enough Taylor Deeson arrived with the new unit shortly afterward. After a few hours the new unit was installed and running. Taylor was great, very professional, explaining everything including how to operate the new thermostat. Would definitely recommend AC Guyz for their quality work & staff!

Excellent same day service On site tech Robert H was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to get our ac working same day.

Frank has been to our home twice and has provided excellent service each time. One year ago he did a service check/cleaning etc. and answered all my questions as he did so. When our AC quit recently I felt very comfortable calling AC Guyz and asking for Frank by name. He came out today and diagnosed the problem as a faulty breaker and got the system up and running in no time. I will definitely continue utilizing his services!

JOB WELL DONE

CS was great, unfortunately the tech spent most of the time trying to up sale a new air handler and compressor that was neither the reason I called, or my issue. All I needed was to unclog my condensation line, so I went on a streaming website and found 2 table spoons of Clorox,cleared the line and 30 minutes later, no longer had the air handler leak. I was charged a $59.00 service fee when I should have used the internet!

If you want a AC pro at the best price this should be your go to people.

This company certainly cares about customer service. Professional and very cool.

I specifically said I needed a new system but I only need the system charged. They didnt have my refrigerant on the truck. I paid $59 to get a pitch for a new system. $59 to tell me something I already know and not even try to get my refrigerant, not worth the money.

Ted was such a pleasant gentleman to work with. After dealing with 4 other A/C companies AC Guyz is the only one that diagnosed and is getting to the root of the leak. They are in the process of installing a new unit and will review again once job is totally complete. I could not be happier with their service and workman. Even the installers who are here today are so nice.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to save cash by getting a monthly maintenance agreement and I always knew when they were going to be at my home, good communication

The AC Tech was on time, friendly & knowledgeable. He quickly evaluated the system & provided solutions.

This company was the first to respond to our request. They came out the next day, diagnosed our problem, gave us 2 scenarios (fixing vs buying new), explained everything in words we could understand. We decided to buy a new unit and they were able to install the next day. The one and only mis-step was the unit delivered in the morning was not able to fit in the space we had. They immediately had a unit ordered that would fit and within a couple of hours that unit arrived and was installed. It was a long day with a happy ending and satisfied customers.

These guys were at my house first so I used them! Had no air ! Very professional! Very polite! But very very expensive! Charged me 847.00 for a job that should have cost 400. According to my second opinion! After a couple phone calls they did REFUND 200.00 dollars of that! The owner was very nice and tried to explain his position! Very nice but I walked away with a thought that they are just a very expensive company..... but in the end they did fix my air!!!!!

Got to us the day after we called. Found and resolved the problem quickly and even took care of having the warranty pay for the part. Extremely pleasant technician (Dusty). Couldn't be more pleased.
