We were quite pleased with the service provided which included duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The technicians arrived exactly on time and quickly set up to clean ducts that had not been touched in 20 years. They were efficient, polite and worked quickly.
My wife was pleased that there was no cleanup needed after they left. We would hire again but not wait as long as before.

The guys that came to clean our ductwork did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. They took the time to clean every single vent cover, as well as vacuuming out the vents and treating the system. They also additionally mopped out and treated our upstairs ductwork where I had found mildew on a few vent covers, so I’m grateful they made sure to get everything. I would definitely recommend them!

The gentlemen from AC Harris arrived on time. and they moved so quietly, the only sound was them cleaningwith the machines they brought. The technicians never paused until they were done. They did an impressive job cleaning and were careful to remove their shoes upon entering so as not to bring in any dirt. They exceeded my expectations. My husband agreed- they really made a difference in our ducts and the air we breathe. We appreciate their hard work. We totally recommend this company and their prices are very reasonable!

The two man team spent two hours to vacuum all vents and ducts, then ran a rotating brush down each vent and return, then I believe applied a sanitizing/ disinfectant into each duct and return. All the vent covers were washed and all openings were cleaned with a damp cloth. I was pleased with the courtesy of the guys, and they were down to business and efficient with the task at hand.

I was in a tough place. My house smelled vile and I suspected an animal had died somewhere in the heating system. I googled around and requested a quote from Angi. AC Harris Services contacted me almost immediately and they were able to be at my house within 2 hours of our first conversation. The rate they quoted was similar to or less than other pros I spoke with, and they did not pressure or upsell me. The two technicians were efficient and careful in my home as they vacuumed, cleaned, and mopped my ducts. Then they dusted all surfaces (with a vacuum) to remove any particulate that may have blown up through the vents (as I did not feel I could safely turn the heater off this week, one of the coldest weeks this winter). Now the smell is gone. I still dont know what animal it was, but I feel comfortable living in my house again. My ducts have never been cleaned in the 9 years I have lived here so it was probably time.

"Thank you for your review and for any readers this Prospect contacted us not being able to go back into her home and we came and gave her same day service! I do not understand her rating of only a four star for the level of problem that we resolved because she had a dead animal maybe a mouse in her ventilation system that had decomposed and was likely blowing into her living space and we were able to clean it all up. At her house was not very neat or organized so it was a little difficult to work through but we got it done. Always here to serve! AC Harris team"
