⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Guillermo! He is super responsive, gets to the job quickly, and works very efficiently. He is extremely detailed and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. It’s hard to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I will absolutely continue to hire him for all of my AC needs. Highly recommend!

Guillermo replaced our HVAC unit (heat pump and condenser) several years ago. He also recommended a particular app that controls the thermostat and room temp sensors to control the temperature in varying rooms. He has a great personality and very competent. He is now my goto guy for all HVAC services.

Guillermo (aka Willy) is great. I highly recommend Patagonia. They went out of their way to accommodate me, and took extra steps to ensure we were satisfied with the results. Patagonia literally worked with us until 9:00 PM on a Sunday to get our AC back into working order, which was critical because of the ongoing heatwave.

Air went out on a Saturday. 100 degrees outside. Called several repairmen and no one answered had to leave a message and they got back with me Monday and Tuesday.. Came across Patagonia HVAC. Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. Could not be happier and glad to have someone to call day or night. Great service!!

I first used Patagonia HVAC when my home AC broke. Guillermo, the owner, responded promptly and provided a quote for the repair. He worked with me to find the best new system within my budget and completed the installation within days. He was incredibly professional, and my AC has been working wonderfully ever since! I later hired him when the AC went down at my grocery store, and Guillermo had it repaired the very same day we called. I couldn’t recommend Patagonia HVAC more highly!
