Frank and his helper were great. I've been using my OASYS system for about a month now and it is inexpensive to run and works well. I've got a 1350 square foot house. One of the reasons I was convinced to buy the unit was that Frank uses the same unit in his home.

Frank was honest with high integrity, professionality and highly skilled. Prior to our contacting Service Magic, another company had diagnosed our failed Aircondotioning system and indicated that we had a bad compressor and therefore should replace the entire unit for an estimated approximately $6000.00. Frank came out to give us a replacement estimate but recommended we allow a second diagnosis with and second opinion . Frank diagnosed the failure and identified a bad capacitor component as the only part needing replacement. He rplaced this and got the system running at about 5% of what the replacement would have cost us. His staement was "I will rather sleep with a good conscience than profit dishonestly and tanish my reputation". If you want honesty, Frank Surface is whom you want. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
