Mr. Waite was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He checked out my air conditioner and replaced a broken solenoid switch. When it first turned on it did not cool as efficiently as it should have indicating I might need to buy a new air conditioner. As time passed the temperature gradient went back into the normal range so he said I could wait and did not have to replace the air conditioner today. I recommend him very highly.

He came by & my project was going to be a very big job so if we do it it’ll have to be during the winter he said b/c they are so busy at this time so it’ll be hard to get to me so I have his business card ! But he was really nice guy

Great work and even on a Saturday. Showed up in no time and had cold air blowing for my wife and dogs. We were all thankful. Explained everything thoroughly. Great price as well. Will use again on this home or the next one

Awesome repair experience!

I hired Brian to work on one of my rental properties in January. I put a down payment on the service he was supposed to provide. Unfortunately, Brian took my money and did not complete the work. I plan to file a judgment soon, so please do not use him. I still have a unit that is left unfinished. Hire a professional somewhere else.

Brian Waite is the Man! He came in prepared. This is a friendly businessman. Very polite; and professional. He gave me confidence in his company. I would recommend that everybody try this guy before settling for something less. He told me immediately what the problem was and fixed it. I felt good paying him his money.

I began my search for a repair technician after business hours and within 30 minutes of receiving two recommended pros... Brian called to set up an appointment. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly identify the problem and had my A/C running in no time.

They were able to come out a day early and service my A/C unit. He located the source of the issue, showed it to me (which is a plus), and then took the appropriate steps to resolve the problem. He also gave me some tips on how to improve my efficiency and for preventive maintenance. I would use this company again when the time arises.

Brian really earned my business. He replaced my evaporator coil and refilled the system and everything worked great for about a week. I called him and he came back out and spent a few hours tracking down a leak. He fixed the leak and refilled the system again. A few days later it wasn't cooling again. He came out again and spent a few more hours finding the ultimate source of the leak. The next few nights he came back by the house every night at like 8pm and one time midnight to make sure that the system pressure was maintaining. Even at the end when all this was done, I asked him what I owed him for all the extra work and he said that I didn't owe him anything. I'm sure he lost lots of money on this service, but he earned my respect and my business.

He called at 8:30 PM and was my house 30 minutes later. He was very professional and fixed my A/C in the dark in 80+ degree heat. He literally took the whole thing apart and pinpointed a problem that was overlooked when the unit was repaired 5 weeks ago by another company.
