Charles was available on the weekend to look at our newly purchased house and repair a window. When we asked him to do other odd jobs, e.g. junk removal, he was willing to give us a price for our list of jobs ahead of time. We were even able to pay on his website which was excellent since we do not live in the area.

My husband and I were very happy with Mr. Blevins careful yet efficient inspection of our prospective home. Our realtor was also impressed. He answered questions in a way we could understand, made helpful suggestions for handling things we might otherwise have gone about quite wrong or by paying far too much. He was courteous, friendly and even arrived early to inspect outside the home. It was also nice to get the formal written report the very next day via email. Overall great work. Will definitely check back for any other projects in the future.

Mr. Blevins was very professional and precise. He provided clear description of work and kept me informed from beginning to end. The work was performed in Michigan. I live in California. He provided before and after pictures and follow up after rain storm to ensure the building was dry. Excellent work.

I never received a written, itemized Invoice of the work done. I would like a reciept since I shelled out close to $500.

The work crew was courteous and neat.
