Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Almost everything went wrong due to poor oversight -- plumbing put in incorrectly, marble slabs cut incorrectly and the worst is two air conditioning/heating units that were supposed to be brand new never worked since their install almost a year ago. I found out from the manufacturer that they were 15-year-old models. Finally, after all this time ACI has consented to order two new ones that will take 12 weeks to arrive - I will have no air conditioning or heat until then. Some of the subs were very good but do not use this firm.
