Working with Karlton and his team was a wonderful experience. We found a leak that led us to a dry rot problem 4 days into moving into our new home. The initial quotes we got from other contractors were astronomically high and felt extremely impersonal. Karlton set our minds at ease from the very first meeting. He walked us through the details of the job, his approach to communication and a full accounting of the costs up front. Whenever a problem came up, he'd explain it in detail and would help advise us on the best direction to go based on his extensive experience. If delays came up, he'd find a way to adjust the plan so that work never stopped. He even went the extra mile to show us how we could make broader improvements to our home and prepare for future enhancements down the road. His team was extremely polite and respectful during the entire process given that my wife and I both work from home. I'd recommend Karlton to anyone. He's a straight shooter, delivers on time, and has an extreme sense of ownership and quality of work. We'll be coming back to him for all of our future projects!

The preselected options donâ t capture the services provided by Karlton (ACK Builders). Hired to assist in the pre-sale repair & renovations of our condominium; Karlton oversaw the demo and installation of countertops, new bathroom flooring, new kitchen & bath plumbing, installation of bathroom vanity & sink, removal & installation of a new pre-framed steel entry door. Karlton was not only professional, but quite personable as well. In the near future, weâ ll also be preparing our current home for sale and the first call weâ ll make for a contractor is ACK Builders.
