I had a couple of weeks of my Yorkshire Terrier peeing on the 5x7 rug in the middle of the night. ACL called when I put the request in with Home Advisor. I asked the first person I spoke to on the phone if they could get the smell out and I was told yes. I was also told it would only take about a couple of hours to dry. I scheduled a morning appointment for a day or so out. The two guys were on time and very nice. I asked again if they could get the smell out and was told "yes" and it would only take a couple of hours to dry. The guys went to work and sprayed some kind of soap solution on the rug. Then when it came time to vacuuming it up the two guys disagreed on how to do it and asked me how I wanted it done. They did it the way I asked. By the end of the day, the rug was still wet and smelled of urine. We put it up that night so it wouldn't get peed on. In the morning we put it back on the floor, still wet. By the end of the second day, it still stunk and was still damp. By the end of the third day, it was finally dry enough to roll up and put in the corner. We live in a condo and don't have a garage to store it in. And we don't have a yard where we could take a hose to it. We really like the rug and haven't been able to find another one. The dog is 15 and ailing so we will be getting the rug out again soon. Unfortunately, when we do get it back out we are going to have to hire someone else to come and do the job I thought I was getting in the first place.

came out for an estimate on my patio the same day I called. He was extremely polite and reasonable with his price. I told him I needed it done by the following weekend and he said he was heading for another job and if he finished early he could come back and do it the same day. My patio has never been so clean! He also does auto detailing and I plan to have him back for that. My neighbors saw him and many have asked for his phone number. He'll be very busy in my neighborhood!!!!!
