ACL Glass & Mirror

Cody was paid to install a new door closer. The closer locked up after only 3 days. Had to unhook the closer arm just to get the door closed. It took him over a week to come back out. He took the broken closer down and said that he did not have a replacement on hand, but would be back later that day or the next with a new 1. He said he would be back several times but never returned. After a month I asked for a refund. He refused to refund the payment and said I would just have to wait until he had time. It has now been another 2 months of unanswered calls. I finally hired another local business, A1 Glass, to come to fix the issue. They installed a closer the very next day for 1/2 the price. Have not had any problems with the closer that A1 Glass installed. Cody and his Wife, who runs the office, are completely unprofessional and scammers. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY!

Terrible experience. They wasted six months of my time with false promises and lies. Never finished the job and still kept my $135 which I paid them as advance payment to order replacement glass. Even caused unsafe conditions by damaging the existing glass and never cared. Very careless and irresponsible people. I will never recommend them to anybody.

Very poor customer service..had glass replaced for multiple windows...was supposed to come back and fix a couple of windows....no response after multiple inquiries. I am no longer confident warranty on window glass will be honored.

Absolutely outstanding workmanship and literally fixing the horrible mistakes on the previous vendor. ACL is our vendor of choice and should be yours. We are evening going to use them to replace two brand new windows that were installed and measured so poorly it was shameful. They were able to work with what we had and planned for spring install of the two windows.

I would like to know when they come and fixe the glass

Serious workmanship even in cold weather.

I had a very simple fix -- pop in the bottom sash of a window that I accidentally pulled out of the window frame while trying to clean the windows, I could not figure out how to get it back in the frame, which left me with a window opening that could potentially let in rain (or snow!) and cold weather. ACL responded quickly to my dilemma and showed me how to put the window back in the frame. Simple problem, yes. But their fast response and courteous service, and reasonable service fee earned them a 5 star rating from me!

OTHER THAN A DELAY DUE TO GETTING THE WINDOW GLASS, THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
