they came and measure the window, took a down payment and then never came back. we played email tag. I called the office to which I got a message saying the mailbox was full. its been almost 2 months now and my window was never replaced.

Two weeks ago, the took my storm window frame and all but disappeared. Now it seems their phone has been cut off every time I call. Gave them some slack because of the snow storm but there was plenty of Tim I. Decent weather to fix m storm. So the took my storm window for repai and never returned... and also cashed th 85$ down payment I gave them

I deposited $105 on January 15th for a window replacement in my home.. no follow up no email.. spoke with Cody last week (after I called him) stated he would be out Friday (today 1/26/18) to install my window around 2 pm I called After 2pm to follow up.. said he was behind and would be to my home in 1 hour... it is now 6:16pm and no one is here and he will not answer my calls.. so I guess now I have to drag this out in court... I am very angry , been stiffed our of my money and wondering why home advisor would recommend... I trusted!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I thought I needed new windows...very costly. I called ACL Glass & Mirror (best move I've made.) The owner, Cody, came out, gave me a very good quote and I contracted him on the spot. So glad I did. Installation was even sooner than expected. If you ever have a need to repair/replace glass, do not hesitate to give Cody Lucas, ACL Glass & Mirror, a call. He is a very courteous, patient, pleasant young man. Thank you, Cody. If I ever had another glass problem, Cody will be my first call.

I had an unusual request and Cody did not blink or think I was a little off. He understood what I wanted and made it happen. I LOVE IT! It was just what I wanted. And, on top of all of this, he made it happen fast.

Cody was very polite, however, replacement glass for the window was not measured correctly. Glass had too much "play"/"movement" between the casing and glass once the new pane was installed. Every-time we closed the window, the glass shifted. The office customer service rep (lady) was unhelpful and rude. Had to hire another contractor to come out and order me a new replacement window in the correct size. 2nd contractor did the job correctly.

They were on time and did the job efficiently. I thought the price was a little high but it has been a long time since I have had to replace window glass. I gave them only a 4.5 on quality because there was a small amount of clean up that was missed.

On August 19, 2015 I ordered Windows and now it is October 6, 2015 and I still do not have my windows. I am promised I will have them on Thursday October 08, 2015. If I do not received them by this date, I will asked for a full refund and rate this company a zero. I am very dissatisfied with this company, ACL Glass & Mirror and even more with, Home Warranties for recommending them.

cody lukas took a deposit of 125 dollars and nevr came back or called beware of this guy hire at your own risk!

The two technicians were very helpful in explaining not only the problem but what the fix was.

Cody was skilled and professional -- he knew what had to be done and did it quickly and safely. He removed a 6ft by 6ft mirror glued to the wall.

Don't be fooled because they are a smaller company. They are very communicative and did the work as promised, on time, at a great price.
