Cohen treated me like I was a family member he was taking care of. He did not make me feel pressured to buy anything however I did buy the maintenance agreement after seeing how professional and knowledgeable Cohen is. Cohen also gave me a senior discount without asking for it. Five days later he called to make sure everything was working OK for me. I will definitely be referring this Home Town to my friends and family.
