"Hello Ed, Thanks so much for your kind words! I am happy that we were the ones to answer your call, I am often out of the office in the field with Ray and try to return calls as quickly as possible. I can be a little challenged when it comes to juggling all of the different platforms for working mobile. Email on this, paperwork overhear, transfer the phone to this, do you remember when we used to let the answering machine pick up and then we would decide if we were going to answer the call? Now it seems like you cannot escape the technology it is coming at us so fast. My (adult) children say, mom your cell is ringing, or where is your cell, why is your cell always dead? I guess it is the rebel in me but I just have to un plug. We enjoyed working with you and hope that you have a wonderful New Year! Thanks......Sheila"
"Thanks for the review, it was a pleasure working with you. Your experience is exactly the reason that Ray and I do what we do. Our interactions with our customers make our day. Thanks again for your kind words, have a Happy New Year!. Sheila"
"Thanks John, It always humbles me to read the reviews from our customers. We do not advertise anywhere and let our customers be our testimony. It Is truly so nice to hear and easy to work with almost every one of our customers. It is difficult to respond to all of our wonderful customers and not sound like we are just pencil whipping or self-serving. Thank you for your business, we appreciate you, all of the things that you can say to a customer seem to fall flat or even as important as how is the weather. We hope that when we complete a job our actions say everything that we are. Have a great New Year! Sheila"
"Thanks Marsha, Give us a call if you ever need anything we will be there! Have a Happy New Year! .Sheila"
"Against our advice they had us install a substandard product and they are now dissatisfied with the outcome. The window was not too small and the gap referred to was an industry allowable amount between the wood casement and the vinyl window. This was not a situation where there was air infiltrating into the home and once again against our better judgment we agreed to caulk it for them on the next trip. We did provide an additional estimate for the customer and it was not accepted. We responded to 31 emails, numerous calls, scheduling difficulties (due to rental schedule & weather), and a change order just to get us to the point that we were installing the window and completing the change order request. After review, there has been no contact from this customer since 6/17/20 until about a week ago when I did, admittedly, miss an email from them. This was not intentional and what would we have to gain from that? We had no idea that the customer was dissatisfied until now. I know that a business is not supposed to respond to a customer in this manner but this is wrong. To post inaccurate misleading statements on a companies profile should be addressed by the company more often. A customer is always valued but not always right. We take our customers very seriously and treat everyone with respect and expect the same from them. Sheila, owner."
"Thank you Kathy, So many Home Owners are having a problem finding knowledgeable people to help them with their DIY projects once they start them. We do not really understand why, with all of the glass companies and other contractors in our area. We are happy that you were able to contact us and we enjoyed working with you, Have a Happy New Year!. Sheila"
"Hello Ezel, You were a great customer to work with! It is always refreshing when a customer is direct with what they need and want and not afraid to voice it! We hope that your family is doing well and that you have a great New Year! Sheila"
"Hi Clifford, Thanks for your review. From the administrative side of things, within reason, we operate how our individual customers need us to operate. From the field side, we address each project according to what is actually needed to complete and what the customer is wanting to accomplish. There is no set standard when approaching a new project with a customer, they are all as individual as our customers are. To implement a standard operating procedure, I feel, is to say that our customers needs and goals are the same as the customer before them. It is great to hear that we are easy to work with, that makes me proud! If we ever become difficult to work with, please call me and give me the what for!!! Thanks.....Sheila"
