Run! Don't walk! We recently purchased a home elevator from ACME Home Elevator, a division of Stannah in Franklin, MA. This was the most horrifying experience of our lives! From the very beginning, when the Salesperson was too busy to come out to measure the job. This resulted in a faulty order, which ACME flatly refused to fix unless we paid an additional $5,000.00! They repeatedly lied and refused to take any responsibility, treating us with contempt throughout the project. The only reason we stayed with them is because we had already put up a non-refundable deposit of several thousand dollars. From the Field Supervisor, to the Benicia, CA Branch Manager to the main Boss in Massachusetts, we were ignored or treated rudely. As an example, all of the above either never returned our calls or took weeks to get back to us, dragging the entire job out by months. We are successful business people and can assure that in all of the years we have operated and managed our businesses we have never encountered a more unprofessional staff as that of ACME Home Elevator.

Everyone was very professional and the service and installation was quick

Their work was outstanding. They have excellent customer service, they call well in advance to set up appointments. They follow up. Very professional and have good working knowledge.
