ACM was hired by our contractor to install a brand new heating/cooling system. We had an issue with the wiring to the thermostat in one of 3 zones. They also installed a new gas fireplace which cost us $400 to have re-done as soot was building up on the glass due to the settings not being correct on the unit. For the heating/cooling, there was a bad wire to one of the zones (thermostat). ACM blamed the contractor, yet when they came out 4 times to repair, it still has not functioned properly. Returns were not installed properly (they did fix that), causing our living room to run very cold, and the owner screamed at me when I complained about them installing a new wire that now hangs outside the wall by our basement stairs. The last repair was done a few weeks ago, and we were assured it was completely fixed. I went to turn on the AC today, and the thermostat kept blinking and turning off. Now we will have to spend money to get another repair service. Sub-par work and the owner proceeded to have a tantrum with me when I complained the work was not done up to standard (i.e. install inside the wall).
