Ben cleaned our pool for almost three years. We came to know him as a friend. He started coming late after his second child was born and sometimes didn?t show up at all. Like the other review, we called and texted with no response. I?m actually worried about him. We are sorry to see him go and wish him the best. We were willing to work with him as well on a schedule or even suspend service if needed. I paid the September bill and he still didn?t show.

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Ben came out late and tried the clean the pool in the dark. Next week it was dark and the cleaning was bad. After that he never showed, he never called, nothing. We called him - no answer. We texted him, no answer. Ben seemed like a nice young man, but he does not understand keeping the customer informed if something comes up which is going to delay him or even if he has to cancel. I don't know what happened, I am really sorry he could not do the job as committed. Find someone else, if you are smart. Maybe helping with set-up or one- time visit might be ok. But I would not trust him to show up week over week.

Ben called me within 10 minutes of reaching out to Angi. I sent him pictures of my pool, he gave me a quote and stuck to it. He showed up the next morning on time. He did a great job getting my pool back to normal. I had algae growing all over it. I would hire him again. Thank you for being honest and efficient I really appreciate your hard work.
