AC Plus was professional in handling myself (the owner 70+ miles away) and my renter. However, a call telling me they were more than a hour and half late would have been appreciated. I would have them service my system again though. The thoughness of this company is well worth the wait.

I hired AC Plus. They responded quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received and I will call them first in the future if I ever need service.

They did not do what they said they would do. They are going to cost me more money. They did not do all the units in the roof. They did not fix all the units, I had asked they to check all the unites and only did 2, will need to replace some of their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"Note from owner All we did was change fuse repair faulty wiring and replace fuse Customer had a very poor install done by the lowest bidder and the job was done all wrong. Our bill to him was just $85.00. Customer has strange standards"
