1. The personnel working for ACPros (less the owner) have been extremely good and pleasant 2. We�ve had extremely difficult dealings with the owner of the company � to the point he�s accused us of being the problem 3. Nordyne has refused to talk with us � and only with their contractor who they call �excellent� we found rather disturbing 4. It took nine months to get our parts warranty in writing 5. We�ve still no labor warranty in writing 6. This is State-of-the-Art Equipment � quite possibly when things go wrong this contractor is in over his head! One must appreciate that we�ve been through much in the past nine months � without heat in the winter � delays � excuses � and denial from both corporate and the contractor ACPros.

I would refer to a friend, however I would also recommind that they make sure to have all their paper in hand and on the system prior to them leaving the home.

Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
Tommy spent countless hours going over the issues of duct design in my home. Although I live in another state and my home is rented A/C Pros took the time to go over every detail and kept me involved every step of the way. He worked to make things happen and despite some minor mishaps (some touch up painting etc) it was all addressed at the end of the day, and most importantly my tenants are happy.

the project was done in a timely manner,but I have been waiting over a month to recieve my warranty paperwork for which I have read online has to be returned to the manufacturer within 60 days or Imy 10 year warranty becomes only a 5 year warranty
