Write a ReviewI would like to give this company better than a 1-star rating because their technicians are exceptional. However, the sales experience both when they originally did the work in 2019 and in my attempt to hire them again this month to shore up some additional problem was horrible, completely due to the salesperson! The salesperson, Debbie, did my original estimate in 2019. When the installation crew came out the lead guy, Harley, immediately identified several things that had not been accounted for in the estimate. He is an experienced professional and the gap between his knowledge and what Debbie put in the order was significant. So, I called her to add the charges for the additional items so that the team could do it during that visit. But she got all the details confused, sent me a second separate work order then told me I did not sign the right thing, etc. It was as if she should just walked off the street and had no idea what she was doing, and the entire customer experience was a chaotic and unprofessional. When I called the company back this month to talk about the other issues, I wanted an estimate to address, I got the owner or manager. He figured out that there were two work orders, confirmed the date, etc. and said he would give it to Debbie again. I asked if it could go to someone else without mentioning how bad the first experience was, but he insisted that she should be able to handle it just fine. She took 2 days to call me back and immediately started telling me to DIY the fixes! I told her that I wanted a professional to look at the issue and provide the solution. I was OK with her charging me to have the team come out and adjust from there. She kept insisting it was DIY! Judging from how incomplete her original estimate was, I not only did not trust her judgment but I am a customer willing to pay them to address the issue. Then she says OK, let me see... we were out there in 2015 I go no, you were here in 2019, She is like no we were not. I see it right here we were there in 2015(???!!!). so, she is now arguing with me about when they came out and was too lazy and sloppy to even have the details of my job after taking two days to get back to me! I finally just asked if I could speak to the owner/manager. She tells me in a huff to call the office and hangs up. I call the office and the receptionists tells me they were expecting my call, put me through to the voicemail of the manager/owner who had been so professional over the phone 2 days prior. I explained the situation with Debbie and how frustrating it was. That was a week ago and they have ghosted me! This experience was so horrible and their failure to stand behind their work from even a customer service perspective led me to write this review because it is not right! I am guessing Debbie is a relative of the owner or something because if my experience with her is that bad, I can not imagine what it is like with other customers. Find other options if you are looking for a professional company with competent staff top to bottom.
