Hired for a complete home remodel. The first month they were very cooperative and had great customer service and the reno work progressed with no issues. After my departure from the country due to a military move to Korea, they began avoiding calls and lying about the progress of the renovation. After further investigation, they had neglected the project as soon as I had departed. After 3 months of lies, they have abandoned the project and walked away with $175,000 without further explanation. This business claims to be veteran-owned yet took advantage of the current serving members. I will be pursuing legal actions. Stay away from this company.
