ACS

The company was very puntual, and profesional. They install my Arlo doorbell and 5 camera. I was able to understand how to use it.

They were able to knock out our office music solution before the deadline presented. ACS did a fantastic job and was very patient training us to utilize the system adequately.

We had a much older system that had never operated properly. ACS was great; they replaced the video, moved the screen and the sound bar to another wall in the room while adjusting the in-ceiling surround speakers, and they all supplied us very good headphones and a very good all-in-one remote. Even more importantly, Mike explained in detail how to operate the system in all modes. We are happily using the system -- and when we developed a question Mike came right over to help us. (He also get me a terrific new set of computer speakers, with which I am very happy.) These days it is all but impossible for an ordinary person to understand what is available, to say nothing of installing or learning how to use it. We feel that Mike gave good advice, and designed the system so we could operate, and then stayed with us till we really understood it ourselves. Very excellent job.

Mike from ACS was great. He installed the Dragon Fly screen for my media room, reprogrammed the home theatre equipment, installed the projector for ultimate viewing. He spent time after installation to make sure all of the equipment was performing accurately and followed up to see if we were enjoying the media room. I would highly recommend Mike and ACS to any one.
