I thought I had provided enough specific information regarding the equipment that I already had and wanted to hook together (TV, speakers, Blu-ray to an audio receiver). I unfortunately had purchased REAR speakers instead of front left, right or center ones. I had texted specific model information along with photos of the back of each piece of equipment in hopes that he could advise me if I was missing something. He was kind enough to go with me to purchase the correct type of front speakers (although I had a more limited selection to choose from) and wires (but he never mentioned buying a center one or a longer RCA connection). I was concerned when I couldn't hear the voices, but only the background voices and sounds once he hooked up front left and right speakers. Thankfully, he was able to get the voices to be heard with just the two front speakers, so I was able to bypass getting a center speaker. Unfortunately, due to me having the wrong type of speakers and that he wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected, his appointment took much longer and cost more money than I hoped for. If you decide to hire him, be sure to do LOTS of reading and self education about speakers, audio receivers and equipment. Make a list of questions and then discuss specifics and expectations with him. Do this so you don't have an extra $100+ bill at the end of the appointment.

I hired him to replace the cable, he did not replace the cable and insisted it was the jack, AT&T told us it was the cable. He replaced the Jack and never touched the cable, it did not fix the issue, I called him and he said he was going away and would be back later. I called again and he is now telling us that for him to come back and fix this he will charge us an additional 320.00 when we hired him to fix the cable and never did and now he does not respond back to us. The money he charged us was for work we did not want and did not need and he will not fix.

On time, quick work, decent pricing.

We originally had it installed so the wall over the fireplace but my family felt that it was too low he came back and reinstalled it and though he didn't have help with him and I was able to help he did it without any charge or complaint

ASC did an awesome job! My flat screen TV was shipped cracked and it was unknown until ASC completed the wall mount install and TV. ASC went well above what the job requirement was to assist with returning the TV to the store and ensuring it was working properly. They also made recommendations on soundsbars, etc... We truly appreciated his gudienance and highly recommend his service!!!

Paul did great work. We had a little confusion on the price, and I thought I could pay via credit card. But still good value for the service.

He found and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Fine pitch stranded wire was cut and needed to be spliced with an extra section of wire. Very quick.
