The full air duct replacement project was quite challenging, but the install crew of four headed by Thomas Herrera did an exceptional job and stayed through until the task was completed by 9 pm, a total of 12 hours. It should be noted that the total cost of the project was significantly less than the other bids tendered by several reputable A/C Heat contractors. So far, the quality appears to be more than satisfactory. Jack Wright provided several alternatives in submitting his initial proposal that certainly made it easier to make a decision.

The sales representative was thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. He was also attentive to details and followed through to ensure my satisfaction. The installers were polite and respectful. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, solved a couple of minor problems which were potentially beyond the scope of the job and cleaned up their mess afterwards. In fact, the installer (Thomas) offered to stick around and make sure I understood everything about operating and maintaining my new equipment. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
